Here we explain our options for deliveries or collections when you purchase online.
Online orders can be paid for Debit or credit card, Stripe & Paypal
Please ensure you leave a contact number, its much quicker to ring and explain than to type the message into an email.
Local deliveries
We use our own van to cover local deliveries to the following postcodes, CF40, CF41, CF42, CF43, CF32, CF39 The minimum order value for our daily Free Delivery is £25 or there is a £5 delivery charge.

No deliveries on Sundays or bank holidays.
UK national deliveries
We use Fed Ex for our national deliveries which there is a charge of £8.99 per parcel 2-20kg.
We aim to get orders out the same day if they are placed before 11am Monday to Friday.
All orders placed after 11am Friday will be sent out Monday.
The deliveries are planned for next day but can take 2-3 days.
Low weight up to 1.99 kilo products like paint testers, brushes, tools etc will carry a delivery charge of £3.99 (2-3 day service)
We don't unfortunately deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Jersey, Isle of Man, Channel Islands.
THERE WILL BE A £12 DELIVERY SURCHARGE ON ORDERS BEING DELIVERED TO THE ISLE OF WIGHT IN ADDITION TO REGULAR DELIVERY PRICE
We can be out of stock of the product you ordered, if this is the case we will contact you to explain that and will leave it up to you on how you want to proceed. We get frequent deliveries so unless there's a major delay then it should be no longer than 7 days.
When purchasing instore or online you have 30 days to return any over purchases, but these have to be done by returning them to the store, we do not offer a free collection service.
Any item returned must be in the same condition as it was sold and packaged otherwise no refund will be offered
